26 weeks

Sorry I was MIA last week. It has been a hard couple of weeks.

Baby boy is the size of an eggplant.

Symptoms:
Hips, back, and abs hurting: My body has been feeling it this week and I have had a hard time functioning.
Heartburn: horrible, I have heartburn all the time! Not fun at all!
No patience with whining and crying all the time for no reason.
Anxious: I have felt really anxious recently. I am really in need of God's comfort!

Movement:
Baby boy is getting more regular with his movements and likes to move at the same time everyday.

Cravings:
Uncontrollable sweet tooth: Crave everything sweet and cant do anything else till I have it. I am trying to eat healthy but having a little sweet I know is ok as long as I don't go overboard.

Thoughts:
I have been thinking and I considering which doctor you talk to, I only have 10 weeks till I am full-term. I am a little freaked out about labor. I am doing ab exercises to try to help with labor. I know that labor is going to be hard to go through and I am not really ready to go through that. I know that it is in God's hands but its hard not to worry about.

Dr. Appointment:
I also had a doctors appointment this week

Blood Pressure: 100/60
Heart Rate: 154
Measured: 26 cm.
Gain weight: + 6 lbs pre pregnancy.

I also have to take the glucose test and blood work before the next appointment. Not looking forward to that but I think that it will be good to get it out of the way next Monday. We will also be able to see little baby b again when I am 32 weeks. So excited about seeing him again. It is to see the size of Baby b and check his kidneys.

24 weeks

In the boy's room which we haven't done anything to.
I took the picture on time but I seem to be making it a habit to write this post a day late. Sorry all.

Baby boy is the still the size of a Papaya.

Symptoms:
Hips and back hurt: That was expected.
Nesting
Up and down emotions

Movement:
He has been sleeping more. He gets the hiccups a lot and moves when I move. He sleeps at night except when I get up and go to the bathroom he moves too.

Cravings:
Nothing right now. Soup tastes good right now because it is cold but I like soup every winter.

Thoughts:
So ready to meet little boy. He is so much a part of our family already. Big brother loves to lift up my shirt and say "baby bruber" (baby brother). Brandon has been extra clingy. Maybe its cause I'm worried about labor an he knows I'm acting different but I love the cuddles.

Baby heartbeat 12/21/10

Baby boy has a very strong heartbeat.

23 weeks 1/6/11

Baby is the size of a papaya.

Symptoms:
Abs are starting to split: Wearing a brace to help with that.
Heartburn
Up and down emotions

Movement:
This baby moves 10 times more than Brandon ever did. I love feeling him move but I know that when he is born, he isn't going to stop moving.

Cravings:
I have recently the last couple days been really hungry and can't get enough food.


Thoughts:
It has been a hard week with all the up and down emotions I have been having. I cry for no reason, and get mad at absolutely nothing. It has been hard. It has been hard because I already feel like this baby is huge. I can only imagine right now how big he is going to get and how big my belly is going to be. I love having Brandon but having a toddler and being pregnant has been really really hard so far. It may be hard but I am very thankful that I haven't had any major problems with this pregnancy.

Brandon has gotten so big this last month!

Wearing:
size 4 diapers
Size 18 month clothes but some shirts are getting too short.
Size 5 1/2 shoes

Getting better:
Talking... he repeats everything people tell him and it is getting more clear so I can understand him.
Running: He runs everywhere and is getting fast.
Sleeping: he goes to bed most nights and naps without crying. He will talk or play until he is tired.

New:
Getting very curious: Into everything!!! Pulling, pushing, picking up, pulling down, and making huge messes!
Defiant: He tells me no when I ask him to do something.
Understands what yes and no mean and lets me know.
Says baby "brober" (brother) to my belly now.


Thoughts:
I can't believe that Brandon is almost a year and a half. He is getting so big! Seeing him interact with Naomi (a little girl I take care of), I am so excited to see him with his little brother.

I am amazed!

I am so thankful for Jesus! I have had a nasty cold and haven't been able to breath. Sunday night was my worst night, I couldn't breath at all and had a hard time sleeping. I was up till 2 or 3 am, I even got up and walked around to see if that would help. Sad that my last resort is to talk to my savior. I finally prayed and asked for his healing. I asked specifically that it I don't have to breath out of both sides of my nose but I just need one so I can sleep. After a few minutes, he answered my prayer and I was able to breath out of one side. Yesterday, I continued to get better. I was able to sleep wonderfully and deeply last night and I slept better last night then I have in the last couple months of being pregnant. I am not 100% but man do I feel a whole lot better. I am so blessed and amazed at what my heavenly father does for me. I know that it is small, but I wanted to write it down to show how even the little things He does is a blessing!!! God is so good to me!!! I woke up refreshed this morning, made dinner in the crock pot, did most of the dishes, and am working on laundry. I feel great!!!
